Leeches and use in tennis elbow?

Hya,
I am looking for information on leeches and tennis elbow.
I have suffered for over a year with this painful condition, tried the injections, stretching, now at my wits end and saw a tv programme suggesting leeches for this condition.
I know of the use in plastic surgery and limb reconstructive surgery but wondered if anyone had info on tennis elbow - an overuse of the extensor tendons in the forarm!

Yes:
When I treat tendinitis and cortisone and physical therapy do not help I usually reach for leeches as my next treatment of choice.

I need to remove my tongue from my cheek now and get back to work

The leeches have also been used for removal of dental plaque........and piles!!!!

Chronic problems are not inflammatory, why use steroids?????
It is not an itis
and I do not want to be involved in a war of words I just asked for some information

Please do not try to make an argument against cortisone in an attempt to justify the use of leeches for "tennis elbow" - like saying that water doesn't always put a fire out so lets try...um....zebra hooves.
