I have a problem that I have never been able to find any information about online.Whenever I have an orgasm it is in my feet. It is nothing like Mrs.A,the woman who had spontaneous orgasms in her feet.I don’t have spontaneous orgasms. When I have sex I always feel the orgasms only in my feet. They are in the soles of my feet in the soft part of your foot right above your heels in both feet at the same time. They radiate out just a little bit from that part. I don’t feel the orgasms anywhere else.It has always been this way. I have never had any foot injuries or nerve damage or anything like that. I can’t find anything online ever about why this would be.Like I said it’s not like Mrs.A because they are never just spontaneous they are from sex and it’s not a big problem but I know it is not normal and I have never heard of anyone else having this issue.I just need to know if anyone would have any idea why this is the way it is. I am very frustrated with never being able to find out any information on the cause.Thank you.

When the going gets touch, go back to basics (to misquote Colonel Potter, from MASH). Take a good look at the coronal suture in the brain, between the frontal and parietal lobes. Now look at the sensory and motor homunculi - that bit of the brain that looks after the sensory and motor components of what we see, and feel, including sexual. Now look at where the sexual bits are compared to our musculosketal bits. Engage brain, and move forwards. I may assure you that I am not the first to make this observation. For a more "amusing" (as against scientific) thought process, I suggest that you try my long time colleague and friend Cameron Kippen

Cameron seems to have earned an online reputation for the quirky side of Podiatry and sexuality, lol. Personally I will volunteer my services for personal research to understand better the nature of the orgasmic foot.... :D

Too late Dieter, it's been done. Many years ago I read a short case history published in an obscure magazine about a man who experienced organism related to plantar digital neuritis and his post surgical history. It became the talk of the staff room for a while and be-known to most, a colleague decided to put it to the test. He wanted to see if his toes curled during climax (n=1). Problem for him and his partner ( his research assistant), was he went into excruciating cramp. It was never spoken about again. For my sins I read Forensic Sexology at Masters level and for a short space in time and became a go to guy in matters of foot fetishism and restifism (shoe fetish) . It was transitory, thank goodness , but the profession never forgave me. :). My other dubious claim to fame was I knew a bit about lust murder and feet. Not my finest hour. Looking back I was happy to not take the forensic sexology aspect further as a career, simply because I really did not like the people I had to meet. There is reasonable grounds to support neural print through in the sensory system which may account for why in some people tickling the sole of the foot can stimulate the genitalia .

Never too late, Cameron if the patient happens to be reading this! Ok, I'm kidding. And hey, the profession needs diversity and I have followed your work with interest (and yes, ok, I giggle a little about it too). I doubt this lady will ever find an answer to her question. And you know what, sometimes it just is what it is. Some obsessive quests are simply not fruitful. And so what. An orgasm is an orgasm. Wherever it occurs. So Susanna, let it be. Should you ever discover an 'explanation', this won't change your life.

Fascinating! But I'm not sure if this relates directly to Susanna. Her's seems to be more of a pleasing sensation than pain. And what if you removed the 'neuroma' and she is left without orgasm..... doesn't bear thinking about! wait, this IS a spoof posting, confess Susanna!

Susanna. My area of research was in paraphilias with particular interest in foot and shoe (restifism) fetish. There are many reasons cited why people associate their lower extremities with sensual pleasure and there is clear neurological association as the sensory supply to both feet and genitalia originate in the same part of the brain. Anatomically the sensory supply to the foot and genitalia sit adjacent in the brain and the theory is neural print through might cause cross association in very rare cases. Hence tickling the feet would be the equivalent to 'tickling their fancy.' Most certainly the nerve supply to the foot passes through the pelvic region and this again may have some peripheral association. As an example traumatic episodes, such as a ticking assault, could forge behavioural associations where tickling and micturation or sexual arousal including ejaculation, may be linked. Although there are other competing theories, behaviouralists believe this is how foot fetishism and shoe restifism arise. It is the nature versus nurture debate. Unfortunately I am not a neuro-pychologist so my understanding is limited , but I would have a chat to your doctor. Meantime these might help.

    Hi, Susanna!
I know this is an old thread, and I can't explain anything to you... But, I just wanted to let you know that I have a similar experience in the arches of my feet! I found this thread while I was doing some Googling of my own, and I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone ☺️
