Supination resistance is the concept of the force needed to supinate the foot. Interpod have developed and patented the Keystone device to make it easier for clinicians to measure the forces needed to do this. The measurement is considered important as it helps in foot orthotic prescribing in determining the force that needs to come from a foot orthoses to supinate a foot that needs this.
