I did mine last year and had to get my uni to send a 50+ page document with course details etc to ANZPAC to support my application.. is it that?

Yes thats it lucy it all seems quite complex, you would expect them to realise that our training in British universities is as good as anywhere. There also asking for a minimum of 12 months work exp, even though I only graduated last July and have only worked part time since then. Do you know what a certificate of professional status is, and where I get this from?

You ask uni to do it and send it to you.. my uni charged me £50!! Good Luck! As for 1 yrs work, you need to have worked 20 hours minimum per week and be able to prove it!

If you need any more help, just ask!

Hi Jono, I'm currently doing my ANZPAC form at the moment. Don't know how your getting on with it but the professional status bit is just your HPC certificate. You have to email HPC as well to send the certificate to ANZPAC too.

    Hi,

I am currently completing the ANZPAC form too, it says recent graduates can apply on there, would the application be declined if you haven't worked for 12 months post graduate?

And what proof do they need for it exactly, would it be payslips or just a reference?

    Thanks

    Hi!
You can apply for ANZPAC without 12 months experience, but you need 12 months to be able to get perm visa to work here!
I was working as a PP so had to provide references, invoices, tax return etc but if you can show payslips etc Im sure you will be fine.. I'd provide more then less if you want to be sure!

    Good Luck!

    Hi

    Thanks for that Lucy

I graduated this June and have been offered a sponsorship in Australia for 2 years, so I guess I can always apply for permanent after I have worked as a pod out there? The initial visa would be different for those 2 -4 years I assume

Hi everyone I hope someone can help me. i am applying through ANPAC for my skills assessment and I am really confused with regards to the certified copy of the course syllabus and evidence of clinical/practical practice that they are asking for from the UNI. I have emailed ANZPAC and asked whether the Diploma supplement we receive with our degree would suffice and they have said no. I have asked the Podiatry lead at the UNi I graduated from this year and he said that the degree should suffice and that he doesn't know what they mean. Lucy I read that your UNI charged you £50 for this document but can you please let me know which department did this for you or can anyone else help please. Many thanks Amanda

I asked them what they needed and when I did it ( last year) they needed about 100pg document from Uni - so I would call your uni and ask them for them to send it.. its basically the uni proving its teaching you the right stuff, nothing to do with your dissertation/degree etc etc..
Unis probably get asked all the time so will know what you are talking about - mine certainly did!
    Good luck!
