Divorce Rate for Podiatrists

    I was tipped off to this by a post at PodPost with a link to a news story. I missed the story when it first was posted, so I dug a bit deeper:

    This was the study:
    A Comparison of Law Enforcement Divorce Rates with Those of Other Occupations
    Shawn P. McCoy, Michael G. Aamodt
    Journal of Police and Criminal Psychology; April 2010, Volume 25, Issue 1, pp 1-16
    The rate for podiatrists was 6.81% (which was the 7th lowest)
    At the top was Dancers and choreographers at 43%
    The lowest was agricultural engineers at 1.78%

    A few 100 occupations are listed; let me know which one you are interested in and will look it up.

    aahh... we must be a calm lot.

    Either that or dealing with difficult patients all day has helped our negotiating skills...or worn us out so we can't be bothered fighting when we get home !!
