Duda sobre los dedos en garra

    ¿Alguien sabe por qué cuando se producen unos dedos en garra debido a un exceso de trabajo de los músculos extensores de los dedos, la falange distal queda plantarflexionada a pesar de que dichos músculos tiran de esta falange hacia dorsiflexión?

    La insercion esta en la parte proximal. Esa es la razon.
    Si la insercion estuviera en la parte distal se dorsiflexionaria.

    por que nadie utiliza la crioterapia? asi no existirian los dedos en garra.... lamentable
