Foot health practitioner needing diabetes advice

    hello everyone,

    I'm a qualified foot health practitioner and this includes treating patients with diabetes however only if they are not at high risk of developing an ulceration which can result in amputation.

    I am having trouble defreniating a high risk patient. I know I can treat patients with diabetes and just callus present which would be classed as a low risk patient but can I treat patients with just neuropathy present and no other risk factor or let's say deformity or non critical...
