Aldershot UK town centre Foot Clinic with 120 year lease for sale.
The practice was completely fitted out in 2013 to the latest building regulations and is fully equipped. The patient records and diary are both computerised.
By choice I presently work 4 days a week but with the high demand for podiatry services in the area the practice could easily open more days and have a full book. I presently see 15/16 patients per day and charge £35 per treatment. I also offer Nails Only appointments at £20.
There is an opportunity to purchase the lease which runs for another 120 years or to pay rent on the premises. The fixtures, fittings, equipment and the goodwill are all available for a reasonable offer.
