Hi folks. I purchased, some time ago, The Craig Payne Clinical Biomechanics Bootcamp course from the Podiatry CPD Academy site. I cannot seem to access the material anymore, even though it is supposed to be lifelong access. Can anyone help?
    Many thanks
    Jo
