Topical tx for wound colonized with Pseudomonas.

    Want tx options for topical tx for Pseudomonas - resistant to IV and orals.
    Have been using Dakin's with mild success.
    Anyone use Acetic Acid? If so what concentration, how often to apply and for how long to apply. After cleansing with acetic acid, what do you dress the wound with to help reduce bioburden.

    Or, any other treatments?
