Hello, the nail on the big toe on one of my feet has gotten yellow and the skin around it slightly red and slightly swollen/ pulsating from time to time. It is hurting most of the time and I can't step/ walk normally because I don't want to irritate it more.

I just got some antifungal spray, hopefully that helps.

I have good hygiene, but I stayed with wet shoes/ socks for a few hours... And that was done a few times, however all my other toes on both feet are ok.

    Any advice on what it...
