    Podiatrist(s) required. Full-time or job share. To include some evening and Saturday sessions.

    The opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic HCPC Registered Podiatrist to join our friendly team at North East Podiatry Ltd.

    Experience of working within Private Practice will be highly advantageous for the successful candidate however training and mentoring is available and we welcome applications from new graduates

    The post will require the successful candidates to diagnose and treat appropriately a varied caseload of podiatric conditions and refer to practitioners within the practice or other health professionals if indicated. A keen interest in MSK & biomechanics, experience of verrucae treatments and nail surgery is an advantage.

    North East Podiatry Ltd was founded in 1984 and is based in North East England. We are proud of our people focussed culture and are looking for someone with the right attitude and a passion for patient care to fit in with the rest of the team.

    We have a full-time post available, with some flexibility around the working hours. North East Podiatry Ltd runs clinics seven days a week. We are willing to look at job share or reduced hours for the right candidate(s).

    This is either an employed or self-employed role. For employed positions, North East Podiatry Ltd offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience. We run a Workplace Pension Scheme and provide 28 days holiday, including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time). Training, support and mentorship is also provided.

    The practice enjoys full administrative support. North East Podiatry Ltd sees a wide variety of patients from routine foot care through to nail surgery, biomechanics and customised orthoses. We provide treadmill gait analysis, electrodessication, Low Level Laser Therapy and photodynamic antimicrobial therapy (PACT), among other treatment modalities.
