blister on underside of toe near base

    the bister on the underside of the big toe near the balls of the foot has refilled after being punctured and grown hard i have no idea what caused it or if you guys have any advice the color is a whitish yellow less than a half an inch and hurts immensely when touched and it is slightly raised
