Jones Fracture Story

    Hello,
    Last year on February 24th 2019, I landed from a jump with my right ankle bent in and on top of the outer side of my foot resulting in a Jones Fracture (base fracture of the 5th metatarsal). I went to the urgent care doctor 3 days later and got some x-rays and was told it was a broken foot and to wear a surgical shoe for now. I went to the Orthopedic doctor and was told to do NWB (non-weight bearing) for 6 weeks as a conservative method for it to heal. I complied mostly and...
