Red arch but i dont know why

Hello to everyone,

Since my childhood I had problems with my feet. It turned out I had athletes foot since more than 15 years and if I treat it with a creme, the symptoms get better, but after 2 weeks I still have these red arches, and I'm wondering if it's an erysipelas or something else?

Maybe someone of you knows, since no doctor could help me.
