    I'd agree. Mean maximum dorsiflexion of ~30deg/20deg (when sitting/standing respectively) in the 'hallux rigidus' group. A reasonable debate of how this entity should be 'diagnosed' should probably follow.

    Also, can't help but think the term 'flexibility' used throughout this paper should've just been replaced with 'stiffness'?
