advice needed please

    Hi, im currently going through treatment for my sesamoid but the gp hasnt gave me a name to what is wrong with me. I already suffer with spd which affects my legs from my pelvis and for a year and half ive had extreme pain in my sesamoid bone area. I seen a gp who tried to remove fluid twice he had wrote down that it was successful but i saw an empty syringe... He then sent me to a podiatrist and she put padding in my shoes and told me there was nothing she could do so i told he it could be...
