Any good AI tools for podiatry notes / SOAP documentation?

Documentation is honestly getting out of hand between SOAP notes, procedures, nail care, biomechanics, diabetic foot exams, etc. We’ve been trialing Twofold Health as an AI scribe for podiatry notes and so far it’s been surprisingly good. it actually understands podiatry workflows, writes clean SOAP notes, and doesn’t spit out weird generic stuff that needs a full rewrite. billing language and assessment plans have been usable too.
before we commit to rolling it out more widely, curious what other podiatrists are using for AI documentation. anyone tried other AI scribes that actually work well for podiatry? what’s been a waste of time?

We started using Twofold in our podiatry practice recently and it’s been a big help. Notes are structured properly for podiatry visits and don’t need a ton of fixing afterward. Way less time stuck finishing charts at night compared to what we were doing before.
