Join our paediatric therapy team and be part of this exciting time. Medway Community Healthcare CIC is a social enterprise that is co-owned by its employees. As new employees to our organisation we anticipate that you will become co-owners of our organisation which will give you greater involvement and an opportunity to influence key decisions.

All therapy is delivered as far as possible as a multi-agency approach. Our team prides itself on cross boundary working, and you will be expected not only to enhance your podiatry skills, but to learn basic skills from all the listed professions. Being co-located with other agencies will provide greater opportunities to develop local multi-agency working. We offer excellent training opportunities locally and where possible support external courses.

We are looking for a band 6 paediatric podiatrist who wishes to gain general experience working with children between 0-19 years. You will be clinic based but will have the opportunity to work with other professions to provide a holistic approach to treatment. As part of a team you will be expected to supervise new graduates and assistants.

All applicants should be able to demonstrate a passion for their work and must strive to become a valued team player.

This position requires the post holder to be able to reach dispersed sites in a timely manner.
