Please help

    I have a weird patch on the bottom of my left foot the size of a 50p piece it has in the past been quite itchy, white and the skin becomes rather flakey and hard. It has in the past been uncomfortable. If I put sudocrem on to help it stop itching and heal the rough dried skin disappears however it then comes back with a vengeance. This would become holey looking with little blisters before the skin roughened. It has however not had any itchyness or dried skin on it for a couple of weeks...
