Bilateral Leg/Ankle/Foot Pain. Any Ideas?

    Hello All,

    Over 8 months ago, I was going on a daily walk and developed back/hip and ankle pain bilaterally by the time I got home. This has never happened before so I sort of brushed it off and went to bed. It all resolved by morning so I didn't give it another thought.

    Within a week, my left ankle started feeling stiff with some mild swelling in front of the ankle, as well as on either side of the heel. I was diagnosed at the time with a sprain (I don't remember spraining it) and was...
