Circulation boosters in neuropathic diabetic patients is it a good idea

    hi have just had a completely neuropathic patient in my clinic who has decided to folk out 200 pounds for one of those circulation boosters which seem to be being advertised in all the papers has anyone seen any research about these and what is other people's opinion about them :morning:

    They should NOT be using it. It is potentially dangerous for them.
