The first 3 LLLT treatments are carried out daily for 2 minutes on the area of the projection of heel spurs on the plantar surface of the foot, on the place of attachment of the Achilles tendon to the heel bone. From the 4th procedure we add a zone on the inner or outer surface of the heel area (the patient himself often refers to pain in the area, the doctor finds a painful point by palpation). It is advisable for the first 3 days to apply the matrix MLS-1 "EFFECT" distantly (a distance of 1 cm, 1 min exposure) on the area of the projection of heel spurs on the plantar surface, and then use emitting head LO2 (LO3), the power of 5-7 watts, frequency 80 Hz.
The course consists of 10 treatments. After a 2-week break the treatment is repeated with the same parameters. If necessary, after 2 weeks a third magnetic-therapy course is carried out. In resistant cases the therapy can be repeated after 6 months.
We use Lasmik and Matrix devices.
