How long do we need to keep used EPC referrals

    The EPC program has been in operation now for at least 7 years and many of our patients have had multiple referrals in that time. We are running out of filing space to keep them. How long do we have to keep completed referrals?

    My understanding is that referrals have to be kept for 24 months.
