I got back at about 10.30pm last night from a 4 day stay in Porto, Portugal teaching biomechanics on behalf of Langer.

I just want to say what a pleasure it was to meet with some of our Portugese colleagues and to thank: Andre, Miguel and Mike for organising the workshops.

    Cheers. :drinks

    Simon,

I want to thank you very much for your energy, good disposition, direct and pragmatic approach on every subject you teached and discussed with us (and the patience you had with the questions/observations I made).
Sincerely, as a frequent reader of this forum since 2005, I was expecting something like that, but still got a good surprise.

(I posted this in another thread, but this the right place for it...)

Nice too meet you, finally, in person.

    Best regards,

    Hi Simon!

This Biomechanics Workshop could not have been better without your presence.
I appreciated your humor as well as your experience and critical sense about Biomechanics.

I hope to see you soon!

P.S: I hope you enjoyed the dinner of last Friday after the rugby match at "Museu dos Presuntos" (Ham Museum) :morning:

    Cheers

    Manuel
