Hi, I've had over 10 bike fits and no one can help as it's too complicated.

I've bought Fizik Infinito men's wide which fit me perfectly, better than Lake in wide because I didn't like the curved banana shaped last in those, my probated foot shape disliked it very much.

If I fit an external varus shim to tilt the shoes, my left heel comes out.
I feel very uneven in the pedal stroke, as though each pedal is on different bikes & not attached.

If I put a forefoot valgus/lateral post as Phil Burt told me to do in Manchester, I experience severe peroneal pain, I was in tears with this.

What got me through endurance races in the past is a rearfoot varus internal wedge, which is okay, but not quite there yet.

I have tried arch support but my arches hurt a lot with those.

    Hope you can help please.
My next bike fitter I'm thinking of trying is BikefitJames in London as he seems to be the only one who might be able to help me.
