    Would I you could provide you an article on the Zadik's technique?

    you dont need one its an old invasive technique which no longer needs to be used, to brutal

    I bet your English is better than my attempt at your language!

    I agree with Fishpod that generally chemical ablation is preferable. However, there may be instances eg. poor circulation, co-morbidities, when an incisional technique is indicated. This is a good old article well illustrated.
