    Hello all,

just a quick permission request to be honest, I’m looking at trying to get some feedback from you kind people.

and was hoping to create a small survey form for people to potentially fill in, mainly I’m trying not to abuse this site and just checking if this conflicts with the etiquette of this forum

please go easy on me

Might be worthwhile letting us know what the survey is about and make a request for anyone willing to fill out the form to Private Message you their email address, then you can send the form?

I'd be happy to fill one out

what i am looking at doing is adding a form to our website (purely so it makes life easier for me to analyse)

it will be more of a surgestion box asking what developments would you like to see from an orthotics lab.

i.e. reduced bulck to EVA devices in general or i need some more options for post tib patients ...

I suppose in that case, you are looking towards your existing client base then. If a practitioner didn't use TMCustom already, they wouldn't know what was available, hence what areas they felt you were lacking.

Do you not have your existing customers contact details already?

If the idea is to get the users of this forum to go to the TMCustom/Langer group website, then that may present you with more problems.

however, I am not a spam or moderator person so I don't know

I was going to use both my existing client database and hopefully the opinions of the users of this forum to look at something new, not exactly about our product range as such but more about generally the orthotic range that is about.

Get your orthotic quality to a decent level before any developments would be my "surgestion" !
