Dry skin or Athletes foot

    So for a few months now I have been dealing with feet issues. My feet are dry and tough on the bottom. At night they often itchy after showers. Sometimes my toes will get hot and feet will swell some. I am overweight so idk if it is something to do with that. Ive been putting tenactin spray and powder, with no help. I want an idea on if its dry skin or athletes football. No health insurance so I want an idea if I need to throw down money instantly.
