Dudas prurito

    Buenas, os presento grosso modo un caso que vino a consulta ayer y con el que estoy un tanto desorientado, chica de 30, buen estado de salud general, no toma medicaciones...ligero sobrepeso...
    Bueno, ha pasado por varios especialistas por un picor insoportable en la planta del pie, especialmente en la zona metatarsal, al parecer le han mandado diversas pómadas antifúngicas y el picor no cede.. Por otro lado yo hipotetizando mucho no veo signos de micosis.

    ¿Qué alternativas debéis descartar ante esta sintomatología si no existe infección por hongos?

    Ah, otro detalle que a más de uno le orientará, suele picarle más por la noche...

    Estimado Lenos:
    Hay que hacer cultivos, luz de Wood, etc. antes de comenzar un tratamiento.
    No se puede elegir entre corticoide, antibioticos o antifúngicos al azar.
    Por el picor, hasta de sarna podría tratarse...
