An established (2+yrs) , modern podiatry practice in Surrey Hills, Melbourne, integrated within an allied health centre is for sale. The practice has main road exposure as well as cross referrrals from other practitioners there and local GPs.

The room is solely for podiatry use, fully equipped and available 6 days per week. Due to time constraints with family etc, I am currently only providing 1-2 days per week, but there is HUGE potential and demand to expand the current hours.

Rent is at an excellent rate and includes all services (water/rates etc) and full reception, including appointment making/payment processing. The room is a good working size and is heated and airconditioned. All equipment, supplies and business name included at a very affordable price!

All the hard work has been done, walk in and take over!
