Extra bone and Bone spur removal UNDER big toe?

    I have looked and looked online and can not find any threads about bone or bone spur removal UNDER the big toe, it is always on top of big toe, etc.. My big toe has been broken and fused about ten years and my same foot has undergone many bunionectomies and failed surgeries. I had a plate and five screws put in ten years ago.
