Federal agents raid Sandy Springs Podiatrist

  2. So the Federal Agents tipped off Mike Petchenick at Channel 2 News and they were there with anchorman and cameras. Nice. And the podiatrist is facing no charges...

    I would be interested to hear what advice or assistance the APMA offer in these circumstances.

    Having experienced a similar raid on my practice and home twenty years ago by several prize dicks and having the story fed to the media before any charges were laid, I can well understand and appreciate what the podiatrist must be going through. It used to be the rule that someone is innocent unit proven guilty - but having a highly visible and broadcasted raid by armed Federal and DEA agents, must be hugely damaging to that practice. Will the APMA assist that member in seeking reparation if no charges arise from this incident?
