Bit of Advice needed pls

    Hi Ladies/Gentlemen
    I would like a bit of advice please. I am a newly qualified FHP and started my domicillary business in Aug this yr. I have a steady stream of pts already due to my advertising in my local magazine, leaflets, WOM etc. Anyways I went to see an elderly couple yesterday who are early 90s who have been seeing a domicillary podiatrist reguarly every 6 weeks for years until recently when he has not turned up and not called to apologise so they called me to visit.
