Fibrous nonunion fifth metatarsal Jones Fracture options ?

    Hi,

    I had a Jones fracture of the 5th metatarsal playing football.
    Very Minimal Displacement I was advised a shoe, but I brought a boot and asked for crutches.

    I was advised it was nt that bad.
    So after 4 weeks I started driving + cycling again.

    After 6 weeks I was told I had partial union, and went back to boot + crutches for 3 weeks.

    After 10 weeks (now) I've been told I have fibrous non-union.
    Very little pain through out in fact I'd say no pain at all in the last ~3 weeks.
