Forgot which orthotic goes on which foot!

    Yesterday I was prescribed a pair of orthotics by a pediatrist that were to help prevent my feet pronating when weightlifting and deal with an out-toeing issue.

    I took the orthotics out of my casual shoes to put them in my raised-heel weightlifting shoes when mid-way, I mixed them up and forgot which one goes in which foot.

    Should the high side of an orthotic always face inwards (to support the arch), or is the high side sometimes on the outside of the foot?

    I feel really stupid having to...

    Forgot which orthotic goes on which foot!
