    Hi,

I am looking into purchasing a gait analysis software package and was wondering if anyone could comment on some of the products available (good or bad).

I work in a small general practice, and are basically looking for a tool to help display and explain gait patterns etc. Unfortunately I have not won the lottery so I dont want anything over the top.

    Cheers,
    Craig

I've been using SiliconCoach Pro for many years, and pts find it very helpful with interpretation in clinic.

    Free option!!!

    Download WinDV (freeware).
    Download VirtualDubMod (freeware).

    1. Import video using WinDV.
    2. Open video in VirtualDubMod
    3. Change framerate from 25fps to say 1 or 2fps.
    4. You can diable sound or just lower volume
    5. Cheap slow motion software.
