    Hi Australian Podiatrists! :)

I am currently writing a business plan as part of my podiatry training. Could you share with me your anecdotal opinion of customer characteristics in these categories?
(ie gender, working status, attitudes, common presentations, characteristics, values ect)

Medicare rebate customers (EPC) (ie retired, modest budget, routine foot care...)

    Private Health insurance customers

    Pediatric/sports clientelle

Would you say you treat another "customer profile" regularly in your practice?

Thanks so much for your time and willingness to share your experiences.
