Maybe ankylosing spondylitis? Can cause posterior calcaneal errosions and spurring.

    Agree with Simon.

Images aren't true laterals, and the central beam is superior to the calc.

However, bilateral plantar and posterior heel spurring = diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) until proven otherwise in my book.

That is Simon's signature that is on all his posts. It is the signature of one that is wise enough to keep peeling off the layers through questions to discover the highest truth.

Eloquent. So, off subject I know, but i`m interested to know what the signatures of posters tell you, Freud? ;)

  8. That you like Pink Floyd?

Ain't talkin' bout love: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuyvT8nFMLY I'm talkin' bout Achilles insertional calcific tendinosis- go google.

Flattering, I thank you. The Who? What? When? Why? Yeah? And? So? What? is an aide memoire to critical reading of scientific papers, however I do prefer a Socratic teaching and learning approach http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socratic_method . Hence the question mark avatar. I also like Jesus Jones hence the question mark is taken from the cover of their album "doubt". There really is no end to what I want to know... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FjVjt78iqk And from the same era and genre, I guess it keeps the grey cell's green http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ts_-4iGdSD0 and keeps me from... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yan77UKYcg4 And that is a tune.... because Ned's Atomic Dustbin were from Wolverhampton- my birthplace and had two bass players; I'm a bass player, but more importantly because:

"She said, she said, "You don't know ****
Because you've never been there" (which reminds me of how I feel when I read some of the posts on here from those who profess to be god's gift to podiatry, evolutional biology, life, the universe and everything. When in reality they are some goof ball kid who's only a few years out of podiatry school, or someone with a product to sell: I find these people unbearable http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oaa3pxWqDEQ which brings us to The Wonderstuff and my "mission drive", but I'll leave them for later)
    She turned upon him
    Took him by the hair

    Spun him 'round about
    Laughing as he fell about
    Sat down for a drink
    In her father's favorite chair

    Kill your television

    I said, "I know I don't ****
Because I've never been there" (Which reminds me that I learn something new about the human experience on a daily basis)
    You turn upon me
    Took me by the hair

Spun me 'round about, pushing me out
    Laughing as I fell about
    Sat down for a drink
    In your father's favorite chair

    She said

    Soap for sore eyes
    I need an intermission
    If looks could kill
    I'd kill your television

    Soap for sore eyes
    I need an intermission
    If looks could kill
    I'd kill your television

    Kill your television

    Soap for sore eyes"

"She said" from the Beatles "revolver" album is my favourite Beatles track http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wp91YPGnLw

I could go on and on, but it's still an Achilles insertional calcific tendinosis.

I'll tell you about my other signatures another day.

Yeah, well depth is in the eye of the beholder...I wasn`t actually asking about my own signature. Nevermind.

  11. Ergo, those that have been on this planet longer than me have a greater understanding of the human condition than I can have. Logical validity. Hence I take great store in the wisdom my elder patients impart. The surface of this validity becomes questionable however when we consider Budhism. Have a good evening y'all.
