Growth factors and dressings?

    Hello, I am writing an essay for my honours year on the use of growth factors to aid wound healing. If anyone knows of any good articles on this subject it would be appreciated. Also do any of you use growth factor imprrgnated dressings or is it still quite new and rare to use them?
