Hi thanks for stopping. This may not be the right forum for this question. I'm going to go out on a limb (pun intended) and try any way.

I'm going to step (pun intended) outside the square and be vulnerable.

Writing job adverts is an interesting thing to do! We all think our adverts read really well or we would not post them. Would we??

We are looking for a full time Podiatrist. Are you looking for a job? Are you perusing to see who else is seeking employees?

Job searchers, what is it you are looking for in an advert to make you stop and complete an application?

How as employers do we best reach out to you? Employers, what have you found works best? We have had varying results as we test and measure.

Would appreciate your thoughts, thanks.
