    Hi

I am based in SA and currently in the process of setting up HV around my area. I have been targetting retirement villages and so far I have one manager interested in introducing podiatry at her retirement village. She is interested in meeting me to go through more about what I can provide/cost/etc. However, being new to all this I am not quite sure what to charge and what if someone has EPC or DVA or private health insurance? How do I deal with that since HICAPS isn't a mobile device? Also, how many sets of instruments do you suggest I buy to start off with?

I am thinking only to do Saturdays to start off with since I have a full time job going at the moment. How many do I need to see a day to break even/make profit from all the expenses I will be spending to start this locum work? This includes indemnity insurance and equipments?

    Any help will be great.

    Thanks
