Hi, I am wondering if anyone has seen such pronounced bilateral lesions on the base of the fifth metatarsal. They w 2017-01-24 10.34.55.jpg ere in an elderly gentleman with dementia, so it was difficult to elicit a history, but they have been slowly growing for many years. A rubbery cystic feel with bone underneath. His gait was quite normal for his age.

Extraordinary. Difficult to say, given they are identical bilateral growths.
