I Can't Take It Anymore.

    A little background, I'm new here, 29 year old white male, I have never been to the doctor and consider myself a very clean person, showering twice a day. My issue is my left foot the toes itch, non stop uncontrollably to the point where at work I have to stop my heavy equipment take my boot off and itch my toes till I tear them open.. It's only the toes on top and in between? What do I do Next? I have included a picture any help or remedys is great appreciated I cannot take it anymore its...
