I need only 3 months of Residency training

Hello, I hope you and yours are well.

I was kicked out of my Residency Program early 2020 for whistleblowing with only 3 months left (completed all my surgical numbers). I got my IN state license (because you only need proof of having completed 12 months post-graduate training not a completion certificate) and the mobile clinician gig I had lined up last second went with a candidate who had completed Residency. They said it was because 20% of patients insurance won’t pay for care provided by a board ineligible Physician.

I need advice, a Mentor. Someone who can help guide me in the right direction.

I’m thinking if I could just pop into a program who has a Resident on Maternity/sick leave, that would be ideal. They get someone to work hard and not compete with the remaining Residents for surgical numbers and I get to complete my training. I don’t know how I’d find this opportunity without some help.

If you can help, I’d really appreciate it,
    Sincerely,
    Dr. R. M. St. Peter
