Ingrown toenail keeps coming back even after surgery..

    First off, I'm not a native English speaker, but there is no 'Foot healt forum' in my own language, so please forgive me if I make mistakes ;)

    Last April I first got an ingown toenail on my left big toe after not cutting my toenails right. When baths of baking soda in warm water didn't work my GP put a wad of cotton wool under it but it didn't help.
