Is this an ingrown toenail?

    My big toe started hurting yesterday so I soaked it in epison salt today and the pain went down big time. It's still red. But the feeling is like a sore hangnail. I know big toes don't have those. The only place it hurts is the bottom corner. Sorry that my nail looks gross I started soaking in acv. Last night it felt like sore skin fold at the bottom.
