Laterally deviated STJ but pronated reverted foot position

    Good evening.
    Had a couple of patients lately who invert with any pressure to most of their plantar calc. When they stand however they're quite pronated with very low MLA.
    One had hyper mobility which explained the presentation but the second gent I can't quite understand. Why is his foot doing the opposite (standing) to what his STJ axis would indicate none weight bearing
    If anyone has any insights I would appreciate
