Locum Podiatrists- Far North QLD

    Hi All,

    2 locum roles available in QLD-

    locum up in Mt Isa, FREE flights, FREE accommodation, full time, car to use, aboriginal work, training available.

    Pay rate- $41.87 an hour plus super that's AHP 2.5
    Working in Mt Isa
    They will pay for a return flight from any major city to Mt Isa
    FREE accommodation till December in a 2 storey town house sharing with one other locum possibly, everything there you just need to take clothes and buy food.
    They will provide a car and you can use it on weekends but only limited travel, shopping etc

    The Job-
    Outreach to clinics in remote areas, you may have to stay over in the areas, they will again provide the accommodation
    You will work with an aboriginal community and a non aboriginal population
    They will offer a cultural awareness course
    You will always work aspart of a team 2-4 people, Aboriginal liaison officer, diabetic educator and a senior podiatrist
    You will have support
    The Podiatrist is on secondments hence the reason they need to back fill
    Clients referred through GP's, QLD health and self referrals
    Majority caseload is nail care, wound care and diabetic foot care
    There is a great written hand-over fro the podiatrist who is off and all the notes are excellent so it should be easy to pick up

    AND

    6 month public Health high risk, wound care, contract- direct employment
    FREE accommodation
    FREE flights
    AHP 3
