Mobile Podiatrist - Aged Care - Sydney

    As result of the effectiveness of our services, the passion and dedication from our practitioners, and the growing demand of Allied Health in Aged Care, we are a constantly evolving and growing organisation.

    We currently have a permanent full-time vacancy waiting for a Mobile Podiatrist to work with our business across Sydney Metropolitan.

    The Role:

    All of our Podiatrist positions are in mobile capacity (which means you will need to have a car and drivers licence) holding morning and afternoon clinics at a different aged care facility each day of the week. You will be supported by a highly experienced Podiatry Team Leader in conjunction with our HR, Scheduling, and Administrative departments at our head office in Sydney.
    Facets of the role include:
    • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
    • Developing innovative treatment plans
    • Providing hands on podiatry clinics to residents on a 6 weekly basis in order to reduce pain and to maintain resident’s quality of life and functional abilities
    • Providing manual handling education to staff

    In order to be considered you must have:
    • A degree in Podiatry
    • Full registration with AHPRA or proof that you are undertaking an Assessment for Registration in Australia through ANZPAC.
    • The aptitude to work effectively both autonomously and as part of our national team.
    • A genuine passion for helping the elderly and those with disabilities.
    • Access to either a Working Holiday Visa or the ability to partake in sponsorship.
